• Electric toothbrushes are limited to one per referrer, each referee will receive one each. if you refer more than one person you will receive an additional pack of toothbrush heads. 

• The referee must mention your name at the time of booking to ensure you receive your free toothbrush too. 

• If the referee is a lapsed patient they must be lapsed 3 years for both parties to receive a toothbrush. 

• This offer ends on 1st September 2024. 

• Initial Consultation appointments are £75.00, the dentist will provide a treatment plan and should any treatment or xrays be required this will be discussed at the appointment.​
